How much is delivery charge and how is rural area defined?

Delivery is free. However for suburban areas, the delivery charge is $ 7. Rural areas are defined as areas that are more than 40 minutes drive from downtown. If you need to deliver to rural areas, please choose Suburban Area when you order. If you are not sure whether it is rural area or not, you can simply choose City Area and our customer service will contact you later if necessary.

Where can I send flowers and gifts?

You can send flowers and gifts to any of the cities listed in the delivery cities. We currently send flowers to more than 20 cities in China.

What is your substitution policy?

If a particular flower is unavailable, our florists may substitute using blooms of equal or greater appearance, quality and value. Roses and lilies will not be substituted.

Do the flowers or plants come with a vase?

Bouquets do not come with a vase unless other specified in the product details. Flora arrangement all come with a container. Plants all come with a pot as specified in the product details.

Standard offers you product as shown in the picture and described in product details. With deluxe option you will get 30-50% more flowers than standard with only about 20% increase in price. In the case of roses, with deluxe option, you can choose the number of roses up to 50% more than standard. For example, 12 red roses, with deluxe option, you can define the number of roses up to 18 in message to florist.

If you are not satisfied with the flower delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange either to re-send the flower or offer you refund.
